Rewinding.
I remember a few years back that whenever I’d be in such uncontrollable rage..one of my safest option was to gather all my rock songs and BLAST them in my little box (bedroom). This was my way of telling them I shut them out completely and they can’t cross over to me unless I allow them to do so.

Again..no Coach today
Figured if coach wasn’t going to show up then might as well take control and continue on our own. I sort of led the girls, just the three of us. I have the workouts memorized from the usual circuits ( and I feel wacky for that).So in order to make up for the time I decided to not only run like they planned, but might as well do the workouts. Wanted to feel a bit of unity so I got them to do the exercises together in a circle too. I feel sorta good. I know they felt great. Nah- I feel awesome. Coach told me personally to listen for the announcements tomorrow. Something about tryouts maybe???
Sitting there with a random thought
Me: Mom, how would you feel if all four of your daughters conceive only female babies like you did?
Mom: I’m watching out for you. I’m expecting something different from you.
Me: What if..
Mom: Well you better start praying!
Me: You pray for me!
